Overview
Our company current TDTG series bucket hoister is designed for continuous vertical delivery of powder and granular material, its small footprint, large amount of transmission, low power consumption. This bucket hoister is commonly used in the oil, feed, flour, starch and other industries. It is a new generation of bucket hoister produced based on the status of domestic and foreign bucket hoister, combined with the digestion and absorption advantages of similar products.
Features
1.Beautiful machine appearance, small size, low power consumption, large amount of delivery.
2.Transmission mechanism is reasonable and reliable, the first round of cam coating technology can increase the friction coefficient and reduce deviation. Because of the mechanical packaging of first round, it is simple to replace after wearing.
3.Using high-strength plastic bucket, so the bucket has long life and large full load factor.
4.Adopting strong bucket belt, large tensile strength, low elongation, long service life.
5.The first round, the tail wheel is squirrel cage (according to user requirements) structure which can minimize the broken rate.
6.The machine is equipped with an inverter, if the power outage, the hopper suddenly stopped running, the material will not pour to the bottom of the hoister to reduce the picking material. When overhaul, due to the role of retreat, the belt will not reverse, which can ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
7.A gasket is fitted between the bucket and the belt to prevent the production of stuffing.
8.Safe and secure, the machine can be installed with several explosion-proof mouth according to user requirements (for powder), which can effectively prevent dust explosion (such as for mining), optional speed monitoring, automatic deviation alarm, anti-blocking alarm system, etc. And it can be linked with the control system to ensure that the production is normal.
