MGCZ100 series of gravity husked rice separator uses the physical differences between rice and brown rice proportion, particle size, coefficient of friction and other aspects, under the action of a reciprocating rocking separator plate,gradually produce automatic grading of kibble mixtures. The large proportion but small size of brown rice sink, and depend on two-way tilt of the bump separation board transport role, so that brown rice move up obliquely above the separation plate outflow. The proportion of small, large grain size rice floating in the upper layer of brown rice, sloping down to the bottom of the outflow, so as to achieve the results of separation by quality.
