The rice destoner is mainly used for grain processing and can clean wheat, rice, soybeans, peanuts, rapeseeds, stones in rice and higher impurities, and can also be used to separate impurities from other grains. The maintenance skills of rice destoner mainly include the following:
1. Remove the stone sieve plate, even the damper door, the inlet door, and the anti-hairdryer to keep the air flow. The screen hole is blocked and can be cleaned with a cleaning brush. Do not beat so as not to cause deformation of the screen plate and affect the efficiency of removing the stone. If there is wear, it should be promptly replaced. The double-faced raised fish scale screen can be turned over.
2. Regularly check the amount of stone contained in the grain and the amount of material contained in the stone. If any abnormality is found, analyze the cause, and take appropriate measures in time. Generally, the amount of material in the stone should be controlled below 1%.
3. During the process of dismantling and disassembling the rice destoner, care should be taken to prevent the parts from being lost or deformed, and parts should be removed as little as possible during the inspection. When assembling, you must use the machine's longitudinal centerline as the axis of symmetry to assemble the originals in their original positions. The centerline of the screening body should coincide with the centerline of the rack. The eccentric shaft, the upper shaft of the eccentric connecting rod, the upper and lower shafts of the swing rod, and the mandrel of the vibration motor drive frame should be horizontal and parallel to each other. The horizontal line of each axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline of the screen body, and the desquamation screen plate should be horizontal along the width direction of the screen plate.
4. When parking, stop the material, stop the wind, shut down the machine, and finally close the damper. After parking, a layer of material shall be kept on the stone sieve to facilitate the normal rowing of stone immediately after the next drive.
