Rice destoner is mainly based on the characteristics of gravel and rice with different specific gravity and levitation speed. It uses the inclined screen surface with certain motion characteristics and the wind force through the scale hole of the screen surface to separate the stone.

Working principle:

When the material flows from the feed hopper to the middle of the screen surface, it is immediately subjected to the combined action of tilted air flow from top to bottom and mechanical movement of the screen surface, so that the sand with a higher density is automatically classified and then sinks to the lower layer of the material and the screen surface. Contact; less dense, hairy rice is in the upper layer, and in a fluidized state. As the feeding port is continuously unloaded, the paddy rice on the top surface of the screen is slid down along the inclined direction of the screen face until it is discharged out of the machine due to gravity and congested imports. The sinking sand and gravel, under the limitation of the screen movement characteristics, combined with the combined effects of the wind force and the screen flange, it is difficult to slide, and only with the movement of the screen body gradually slide to the outlet.

Process effect analysis:

Excessive or too small flow rate at the rice destoner will reduce the efficiency of stone removal. If the flow rate is too small, the material on the screen surface is too thin, and it is easily broken (or blown through) by the airflow. Even the mud blocks are blown up, causing the air volume to be unevenly distributed on the screen surface, resulting in unclear separation; Large grain layers are thick, and gravel (especially mud) and grains are not graded enough, which will also reduce the effect of stone removal. Therefore, the control of the flow rate should be compatible with the rated output of the equipment and the characteristics of the gravel contained in the raw grain.

The adjustment of the air volume of the rice destoner is also very important; under certain other conditions, the air volume of the rice destoner can be judged according to the state of the material movement on the screen surface and the quality of the export materials. When the air volume is too large, the screen surface material is in a floating state, and even "blow-through" or "blow-back" may occur.
